Fluffy pancake is a flat cake, usually thin and round. The pancake’s shape and structure varies worldwide. It may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- Flour 180 gm
- 2 medium Eggs
- Melted Butter 50gm
- Milk 275ml
- Granulated Sugar 50gm
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp of Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of Baking Powder
- Honey
- Olive Oil
Directions
1To make a fluffy Pancake, we need a large size mixing bowl. Start by beating together the eggs and sugar. Add the 50gm of melted butter at room temperature and keep beating.
2Then add vanilla extract and 275ml of milk and stir thoroughly. Now add flour by using a fine strainer, add 3 tbsp of baking soda and salt. Stir them well until smooth.
3Now the time to make the Fluffy pancake, heat a nonstick pan over a low medium flame and spread some olive oil with a paper towel. Pour the batter with a ladle into the nonstick pan and cook both sides until the pancake become golden brown.

Fluffy Pancake is ready. Transfer it to a plate and repeat the process to fry remaining batter. Garnish with honey and cube butter (optional)
