Butter Cubes 2 or 4tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1tsp
Chopped Green chilies (optional)
Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
Lemon Juice 1tsp
Salt to taste
1 To Prepare this flavorsome shrimps recipe, wash and clean the shrimps well. Pat them dry and peel, and then devein them. Add these shrimps to a mixing bowl and add salt and black pepper over them. Mix them well and keep these shrimps aside for 8-10mins. It helps in keeping the shrimps moist and makes them flavourful as well.
2 Later heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toss shrimps into the skillet and add finely chopped Garlic. Mix them well. Now add sweet and sour chili sauce, combine them nicely. Cook for 4-5mins until shrimps turn orange.
