Chicken Teriyaki, ‘Teriyaki’ a Japanese dish contains fish or meat in soy sauce and grill. It is absolutely mouthwatering and super yummy.
- Chicken 6-8 pieces
- Plain Flour 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper 1tbsp
- Lemon Juice 1tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1tbsp
- Chopped Ginger and Garlic 1tbsp each
- Oil 1tbsp
- Roasted Sesame
To prepare delicious chicken teriyaki, all we need a mixing bowl, add chicken, plain flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice combine them well and keep aside for 30mins. This is the marination part.
Grab a frying pan, add oil to fry the marinated chicken under medium heat. This process will take 8-10mins. Fry them until golden brown on both the sides.
3In the same pan add 1tbsp chopped garlic and ginger. Fry them well. Then add brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir constantly until slightly thickened. After a while add chicken and combine them nicely. Now turn off the flame. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds. Chicken Teriyaki is ready to serve.
