Sweet Potato Wedges with Sauce is a very simple and flexible recipe as well as both comforting and exciting to eat. It can be made at any time through air fryer or oven.  It is healthy and super tasty. Today I’ll cook sweet potato wedges through air fryer. Thick wedges of potato with dipping sauce make this dish absolutely incredible.

Ingredients
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 small bowl Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • Diced Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
Directions
1First of all, to prepare Sweet Potato wedges with yogurt sauce, we need 2 large size sweet potatoes and a mixing bowl. As we know, there are different types of sweet potatoes. Here I choose Japanese sweet potatoes. Which is basically purple in color. First of all, wash the potatoes properly and peel them off. Therefore, Cut lengthwise about 1/8 inch thick or less than that as per your choice.
2 Thereafter, we need to marinate the sweet potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, red chili powder, salt to taste, ground cumin, lemon zest. Then, Combine above all the ingredients nicely and keep them aside for 10min.
3Meanwhile, grab a medium size mixing bowl add plain yogurt, Diced size cucumber, and salt as required,1 tbsp lemon juice. Then, Mix them well and put aside. Then, we required to set up air fryer. Now, to Make sure inside the fryer backing pot must be clean and dry. Next, transfer all the marinated sweet potatoes into the baking pot and set the timing at 200 degrees C for 15min.
4Then, after 15min open the baking pot and flip them and similarly set the timing at 200 degrees C for 5 min. Now, need to wait for the ready signal. Next, After 5min finally, our sweet potato wedges are ready.  Then we need to wait for 2-3 min to cool down the baking pot. Thereafter, Carefully take out all the crispy sweet potatoes into the dish and serve with super tasty yogurt sauce.
