- 1 whole Beetroot
- Fried Onions
- 1 whole tomato
- 4-5 pieces of Chicken
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 G paste (i.e. Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli paste)
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Curry Leaves 6-7
- Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Oil
Directions
1Take a medium-sized peeled beetroot and a medium sized tomato. Cut them into large diced. Now grab a blender, add diced tomato and beetroot. Blend it and make a wonderful coral red smooth paste. Keep them aside.
2Now take a bowl wash and clean the chicken. Add salt and 1tsp of Red Chilli powder. Later add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge about a half an hour.
3Heat the frying pan and pour some oil. Now fry the marinated chicken nice and golden. Transfer the fried chicken to a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Add 2 tbsp of oil in the pan, then add curry leaves and the 3G paste. Mix them well. Then add the vegetable paste and stir them well to combine. Cook it 5-6 mins until it’s raw smell goes away.

After 5-6mins, sprinkle some Garam Masala powder and salt. Cook it for 3-4min, then close the lid. After a while, remove the lid then add fried chickens and Stir them well. Now time to grab a handful of fried onions and mix them together. The delicious beetroot chicken masala is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh and finely chopped coriander leaves.
